Responsible for the claim journey from onboarding the client up until the court stage.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms.
Liaise with the banks appointed representatives to set-up clear correspondence channels for information disclosure and ensure GDPR conformity.
Deal with the clients correspondence and communications.
Liaise with other third parties such as leads providers and service providers.
Work closely with the project manager and other senior members to assist with the development of workflows, new technologies and new procedures.
Introduce the firms guidelines to new starters and deal with HR paperwork.
Produce weekly management reports.
Attend weekly meetings with team leaders/managers highlighting general issues and discussing solutions.
Set clear team goals/targets.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members and encourage open communication.
Analyse feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Supervise the work of junior staff, discover training needs and provide support.
Additional Duties:
- Answer general queries by telephone or email.
- Update information from claim packs into the case management system.
- Draft and dispatch routine correspondence.
- Scan documents.
- Obtain information from CRM (Bright Office) software.
- Upload and download relevant documents into the system.
- Maintain records, filing systems and computer files.
- Process new business, enter business onto the system and follow through to completion.

- Great knowledge of software packages (MS Office Pack: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to make decisions and overcome challenges.
- Computer literacy with a good analytical vision.
