Customer Specialist Permanent Part Time
Here at ASB the Customer is at the heart of everything we do. Our Advice Centres are currently going through an exciting period of transformation to ensure we continue to deliver innovative, personalised and convenient solutions for our customers.
We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Nelson.
As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.
This is a part-time positionworking 30 hours a week.
We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
