Here at ASB the Customer is at the heart of everything we do. Our Advice Centres are currently going through an exciting period of transformation to ensure we continue to deliver innovative, personalised and convenient solutions for our customers.

We have an awesome opportunity for 2x Customer Specialist stars to join the friendly team either at our Chartwell, Cambridge or Matamata based Advice Centres. As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, over a flexible working roster, Monday to Saturday. Primary location of the position to be determined based on the successful candidate.

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
