ASAP Staffing Academy
Our Recruitment Academy is an intensive eight-week boot camp that turns raw ambition into top-billing recruitment skill:
- Week 1–2: Foundation of the recruitment lifecycle, consultative selling, and our proprietary AI-driven sourcing tech
- Week 3–5: Deep dives with our Sales & Commercial Directors, live call coaching, objection handling, and SAP/Tech market mapping
- Week 6–8: Buddy up with Senior Consultants, run real desks, and close your first deals with daily feedback loops

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Associate you will:
- Source and engage high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI automations, and our in-house database
- Qualify talent and match them to live vacancies across EMEA
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers, becoming their trusted advisor
- Close offers and negotiate contracts that make everyone win
- Stay on top of tech trends so you can speak your clients’ language
What We Look For
- Recent graduate OR 6-12 months in a target-driven sales role
- B2B sales, sports team captaincy, or entrepreneurial side-hustle
- Competitive, curious, and coachable
- Languages beyond English (Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, French, or German are a plus)
- Natural people-connector and clear communicator
- Interest in tech, SAP, or AI markets
