The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer. You will be working in the social housing arena; experience in this environment will be useful although not essential.
You will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
- NVQ Level 2 or above with experience
- To be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check (Criminal Record Check)
- References available for the last 5 years
- You will be included on the on-call rota, this is a requirement of the role. All trades personnel have to take their turn.
Additional Information:
- 36 hour working week (Monday to Friday) - lunch is not paid
- Vehicle provided (tracked)
- Fuel provided
- Materials provided
- Basic tools provided; you can obviously use your own tools if you prefer
You will:
- Be paid PAYE (not self-employed), tax and NI taken at source
- Be paid weekly in arrears
- Holiday pay is accrued weekly once timesheets have been processed
