We are recruiting on behalf of a food production company based in Rainham. They are looking for an experienced team leader to oversee production in both a cold and hot kitchen production unit. You will lead a team of around 80 people working on 2 or 3 production lines and will report to the Production manager. Experience in pre packed food would be an advantage but not essential, however you will need proven experience at team leader or supervisor level within food production as a minimum requirement. Working shift pattern is 4 on 3 off followed by 3 on and 4 off, with lots of opportunities to work additional sifts on overtime. 12 hour shifts 6pm -6am (paid 12hours) This role is to start immediately.
