We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a food production company based in Park Royal, specialising in handcrafted, gluten-certified frozen and chilled treats.
Key Responsibilities Handling and lifting 25kg sacks of flour and pouring the contents into large industrial mixing machines.
Mixing flour and other ingredients according to production requirements.
Accurately measuring and weighing ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
Maintaining a clean and tidy production environment.
Requirements Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, including lifting 25kg sacks of flour.
Good numeracy skills, with the ability to measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential.
Shift Patterns & Pay Day Shift
Hours: 06:00–14:30
Pay: £13.15 per hour
Afternoon Shift
Hours: 14:30–22:00
Pay: £14.15 per hour
