WE are working on behalf of one of our clients for this Temp to Perm position. This is a NIGHT shift role JOB PURPOSE To support the production activities on a shift basis, ensuring that the individual shift teams have the skills and competency to deliver business led volumes against team objectives and targets whilst maintaining HSE standards, Quality and adherence to the overall plan. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERTISE The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing experience with a mechanical engineering background and will be able to demonstrate a track record of implementing a robust repeatable processes within operations. The individual will have the ability to engage, influence and demonstrate a positive coaching style to improve performance and give honest feedback to the team.
