Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a growing engineering business that genuinely invests in its people? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of automated industrial equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing service team supporting customers across the UK.

The Role

  • Service, maintain and install industrial machinery at customer sites nationwide.
  • Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Install new equipment and provide operator training.
  • Deliver first-class customer service on-site and over the phone.
  • Complete digital service reports following each visit.
  • Work closely with engineering, service planning and sales teams.
  • Occasional overnight stays as required.

Requirements

  • Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable travelling throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.
