The Role
- Service, maintain and install industrial machinery at customer sites nationwide.
- Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Install new equipment and provide operator training.
- Deliver first-class customer service on-site and over the phone.
- Complete digital service reports following each visit.
- Work closely with engineering, service planning and sales teams.
- Occasional overnight stays as required.
Requirements
- Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable travelling throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.
Package
- Up to £55,000 basic depending on experience.
