This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing service team supporting customers across the UK.
The Role
Service, maintain and install industrial machinery at customer sites nationwide.
Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
Install new equipment and provide operator training.
Deliver first-class customer service on-site and over the phone.
Complete digital service reports following each visit.
Work closely with engineering, service planning and sales teams.
Occasional overnight stays as required.
Requirements
Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Comfortable travelling throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.
Package up to £55,000 basic depending on experience.
Company vehicle.
