The Role
We're looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team covering Manchester and the surrounding areas. The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, servicing, repairs and occasional small works across a range of fire and security systems.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair fire and security systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Carry out small installation and remedial works where required.
- Complete all paperwork and reports accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service whilst representing the business.
Systems Experience
Experience with some or all of the following would be beneficial:
- Fire Alarms
- CCTV
- Intruder Alarms
- Access Control
- Emergency Lighting (desirable)
Experience with manufacturers such as:
- Gent
- Advanced
- Texecom
- Hikvision
- Paxton
- Galaxy
- Pyronix
- C-Tec
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
- Strong fault-finding and servicing experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
