General Manager (Product - Command)

• We are looking for a General Manager to own the strategy, product direction, operating model, and business outcomes for Command, Asana's dedicated product for software development teams
• Leading across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will align team priorities to transform technical work orchestration into a scalable enterprise business
• In this cross-functional leadership role, you will define market strategy, drive product quality, and establish Command as a pivotal pillar in Asana's broader human-agent operating system vision
• Develop and communicate a clear, legible strategy and roadmap for Command within Asana's product portfolio
• Own the business plan and operational metrics, including adoption, retention, engagement, and commercial expansion
• Build, lead, and scale a customer-centric cross-functional organization spanning product, engineering, go-to-market, and research functions
• Drive overall product quality, performance, and developer trust in close partnership with Engineering and Design
• Define how AI Teammates and the Enterprise Work Graph create differentiated workflows for technical teams
• Establish clear go-to-market positioning, packaging, and enterprise proof points to drive repeatable customer demand
