You will rotate across our global beer group, developing new skills and invaluable experience that will prepare you for a role as a Finance Business Partner or similar.

Throughout the program you will work in various finance functions such as:

  • Finance Business Partnering (Commercial) – reviewing commercial performance, new business proposals, forecasting and analysing customer pricing.
  • Finance Business Partnering (Integrated Supply Chain) – supporting budgeting, forecasting processes and analysis for business initiatives.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis – engagement in month-end and profitability reporting, dashboard creation and working capital analysis.
  • Asahi Business Services – international exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable and pricing.
  • Profitable Revenue Growth Management, Tax and Treasury.

To join our supportive team and grow quickly in a corporate career after graduation, you must have completed your degree within the last few years and not be enrolled in another graduate programme. We welcome a range of degree backgrounds with a strong numerical or analytical focus (e.g., pure science, maths, economics). Professional finance experience is a plus but not essential. Key qualities include ambition, attention to detail and a fast learning mindset.

Every application will be reviewed by a human and a response will be sent regardless of outcome. We are committed to nurturing a workplace that celebrates and respects difference. At Asahi Europe and International, we believe you can SHINE AS YOU ARE—no matter your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or beliefs. We aim to support everyone to be true to who they are, allowing you to belong with us without conforming.
