Account Development Manager, South Wales

We’re looking for a motivated Account Development Manager to sell our premium beer brands to pubs across South Wales.

You will be responsible for under 140-190 accounts, ensuring their growth and our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key point of contact role for 140-190 outlet accounts.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts, ensuring continued business success.
  • Work with venue owners to promote our brands: Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, London Pride, and others.
  • Conduct new business development within your patch alongside dedicated colleagues.
  • Travel to all assigned pubs and bars, maintaining positive relationships and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and beverage industry.
  • Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills.
  • Driveable schedule and willingness to travel across South Wales daily.
  • Previous sales or hospitality experience is an advantage (but not required).
