We get it. Sometimes you fancy a Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Sometimes an Asahi Super Dry or a Cornish Orchards. That’s why our rotational Finance Graduate Programme lets you sample every aspect of a finance career with us to discover your preferred direction. Over three years, you’ll rotate across our global beer group, gaining new skills, invaluable experience and a real taste of what it’ll be like to step up and dive right into a role as a Finance Business Partner or equivalent career move.
If you’ve a good head for numbers, you’ll savour every minute of your rotations as you gain fantastic exposure across the inner workings of a large commercial finance team. These could include things like:
- Finance Business Partnering (Commercial) – reviewing commercial performance, new business proposals, forecasting and analysing customer pricing.
- Finance Business Partnering (Integrated Supply Chain) – supporting budgeting, forecasting processes and analysis for business initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Analysis – involved in anything from month-end and profitability reporting to creating dashboards and working capital analysis.
- Asahi Business Services – an international rotation developing accounts receivable, accounts payable and pricing skills.
- Profitable Revenue Growth Management, Tax and Treasury.
To join our supportive team and grow quickly in a corporate career after graduation, you’ll need to have finished your degree within the last couple of years and not already be on another graduate programme. We’re open to a range of degree backgrounds - anything with a strong numerical or analytical focus works well, whether that’s a pure science, maths, economics or similar. Having professional finance experience under your belt would help, although it isn’t essential if you haven’t done a placement or internship yet.
When it comes to the essentials needed, a good measure of ambition, an eye for detail and being a fast learner will take you far with us. We are committed to nurturing a workplace where we celebrate and respect difference, and support everyone to be true to who they are!
