What You’ll Achieve in Your First 12 Months

  • Establish yourself as the most senior level design partner for brand and marketing teams across multiple markets.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for multichannel campaigns, from concept to craft to delivery.
  • Embed high-performance design workflows that accelerate collaboration across functions.
  • Raise the creative bar by mentoring junior designers and championing a culture of quality and experimentation.
  • Set a unifying design vision that’s as commercially sharp as it is creatively bold.
  • Deliver standout visual campaigns that make headlines and set the standard for in-house creative.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading the creation of high-impact visual assets across digital, social, print, and trade environments.
  • Taking charge of the entire creative process: from idea to storyboard to polished production.
  • Providing decisive, constructive feedback that strengthens the team and sharpens the work.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (brand, marketing, strategy) to turn briefs into brand-defining campaigns.
  • Presenting concepts to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and creative authority.
  • Staying ahead of trends, tools, and techniques, and pushing our design output forward.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years’ experience in a top-tier agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • A portfolio of original, commercial work that shows mastery across both digital and print.
  • Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (or similar).
  • Sharp instincts for storytelling, typography, layout, and brand systems.
  • A track record of mentoring junior creatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with lifestyle or premium consumer brands (beer, spirits, fashion, etc.) is a strong plus.
