If you\’re an experienced Carer looking to take on a leadership role, we have great opportunities for you as a Senior Carer in Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes. You\’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting, mentoring, and developing a dedicated team of carers. We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to creating a positive, nurturing environment for residents.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising the daily care routines, ensuring residents receive high standards of care
- Administering medication and keeping accurate, up-to-date records
- Reviewing and updating care plans to reflect individual resident needs
- Leading a team of carers, offering guidance, support, and training
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and families to ensure continuity of care
- Promoting teamwork and ensuring that all regulatory standards are met
Key Qualities We Look For:
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience in supervising or mentoring a team in a care setting
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
