Working as a Social Care Assistant at ASA Recruitment, you will support individuals with their daily routines, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible. What you will need:

Experience planning and partaking in activities.
Experience with providing support and care to adults within a Care Home setting.
Being passionate about supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team player.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Respond promptly to residents’ needs and emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role preferred but not required.
A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and enhancing their quality of life.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
UK work experience.
Be willing to join the SSSC within 6 months of registering with us.
