What you will need:

  • Experience planning and partaking in activities.
  • Experience with providing support and care to adults within a Care Home setting.
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour should it arise.
  • Being passionate about supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team player.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
  • Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role preferred but not required.
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • UK work experience.
  • Be willing to join the SSSC within 6 months of registering with us.
  • 10-year work history within CV.
