ASA Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants to work within a wide range of care homes throughout the Glasgow area. You will play a vital role in leading and supporting the care team you are working with to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to the residents that you are supporting.

You will be responsible for overseeing care plans, assisting with personal care, and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of those in your care.

What we need from you:
  • Experience in administering medication, preparing meals, and planning and partaking in activities.
  • Experience with providing support and care to adults.
  • Experience with dealing with challenging behaviour.
  • Being responsible for the smooth running of the shift, assigning specific tasks to the Care Assistants and monitoring their completion.
  • Other responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and updating residents' personal care plans to meet their changing physical, social and psychological needs.
Essential requirements:
  • UK work experience.
  • SSSC (within 6 months of working with us).
  • 10-year work history within CV.
