Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating, as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each resident.

  • Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN & RLDN).
