Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each resident.
