Requirements:
- Valid Right to Work in the UK documentation.
- PVG Check required
- Experience in an industrial setting

Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety and welfare of all staff, contractors, and site users.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and permit requirements.
- Prevent acceptance of non-permitted or business waste.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Offer manual help unloading vehicles and directing materials to correct bins.
- Educate users on recycling processes and materials handling.
Site Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Keep the site clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a positive public image of the Recycling Centre.
Administration & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate daily records: site diary, inspection checklists, waste transfer notes, etc.
Equipment Operation & Security
- Operate and maintain compaction equipment and vehicle weighing systems.
- Conduct routine checks and basic servicing.
- Be responsible for site security as a key holder.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
