ASA Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking an OWD Adviser to support the delivery of organisation and workforce development activity that enables a skilled, engaged and confident workforce. The role collaborates with leadership and management to design, deliver and evaluate initiatives and to co-ordinate induction and capability-building programmes.

You will assist with learning systems management, staff engagement and development of accessible learning resources, working with managers.
