Your Role

  • Support residents with personal care, evening routines and settling safely for the night
  • Carry out regular night checks and respond promptly to resident’s needs
  • Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment where required
  • Promote comfort, dignity, reassurance, and independence throughout the night shift
  • Keep accurate overnight records and communicate any changes to the wider care team
  • Work calmly and confidently as part of a compassionate night care team

The Successful Candidates

  • Proven experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting, your skills and knowledge are essential
  • A caring, dependable approach with excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Current PVG or willingness to apply
  • A genuine passion for delivering high quality care
