We are currently recruiting Male Support Workers to join a specialist forensic group home service based in Buckhaven, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs within a structured residential environment. Due to the nature of the service and the support requirements of the individuals within it, this post is restricted to male applicants only.

This is a role that requires patience, professionalism, resilience, and the ability to build positive working relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and providing consistent support.

Responsibilities
  • You will be supporting individuals with:
