Are you passionate about leading digital transformation and delivering innovative, user-focused solutions? We\’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in modernising business information management and driving operational efficiency through cloud migration and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed impact assessments of current business processes and application usage. Capture how end users interact with data and systems, identifying pain points and improvement areas.
Collaborate with business areas to understand workflows involving on-premise network drives, Microsoft Teams channels, and data management. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and validate requirements.
Translate complex functional and non-functional business requirements into clear, actionable acceptance criteria. Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals.
Produce business process models, use cases, business rules, user stories, UML diagrams, storyboards, and wireframes/prototypes to communicate requirements to both technical and business teams.
Work with IT infrastructure, software development teams, and external suppliers to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements.
Monitor and report on benefits delivery, ensuring solutions meet intended business value and performance targets.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven expertise in IT business analysis within medium to large technology change programmes.
Strong track record managing business requirements from inception to delivery with quality and time management.
Skilled in documenting requirements, use cases, business rules, process flows using UML, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, interviewing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery frameworks.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
Professional certifications such as Agile, PRINCE2, Business Analysis, or ITIL.
Technical knowledge of integrated IT systems, SDLC, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related cloud technologies advantageous.
