Grounds Maintenance Operative – Start ASAP
Location: Various outdoor sites across Fife
Pay: £12.67 per hour | Weekly Pay | Temporary, Ongoing Contract
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 07:45 to 16:00, Friday – 07:45 to 12:45
ASA Recruitment, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking proactive and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to carry out essential duties within public parks and open spaces.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors as part of a dedicated team helping maintain and enhance local green spaces for the community.
Main Duties Will Include:
General gardening tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming and weeding
Litter picking, sweeping, and general cleaning of grounds
Manual removal of debris, animal waste, and leaf clearing
Routine inspection and cleaning of water course grids and open spaces
Basic maintenance of tools and powered equipment
Locking buildings securely at the end of the day
What We\’re Looking For:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or gardening preferred
Ability to work in all weather conditions and complete physically demanding tasks
A proactive attitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision
No driving licence required
