We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide executive PA support to a dynamic Senior Leadership Team, including the Executive Director and other key members. This is a critical role where you will be directly involved in supporting senior leadership, managing complex communication, and contributing to the success of high-level projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team, managing emails, calendars, and correspondence.
- Direct inquiries and commission work from a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, judicial members, and justice partners.
- Report on actions from Executive Change and Action Boards by collating and analyzing management information provided by the Change LABS.
- Provide secretariat services, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and completing relevant tasks for the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensure internal deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake specific project work for the Executive Director or Senior Leadership Team and assist with various miscellaneous duties as required.
- Provide reliable, ad-hoc data to support the Executive Director’s decision-making process.

- Prior experience working in a PA or Executive Support role.
