We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide executive PA support to a dynamic Senior Leadership Team, including the Executive Director and other key members. This is a critical role where you will be directly involved in supporting senior leadership, managing complex communication, and contributing to the success of high-level projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team, managing emails, calendars, and correspondence.
  • Direct inquiries and commission work from a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, judicial members, and justice partners.
  • Report on actions from Executive Change and Action Boards by collating and analyzing management information provided by the Change LABS.
  • Provide secretariat services, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and completing relevant tasks for the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Ensure internal deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Undertake specific project work for the Executive Director or Senior Leadership Team and assist with various miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Provide reliable, ad-hoc data to support the Executive Director’s decision-making process.

  • Highly self-motivated, with an independent and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences and situations.
  • Prior experience working in a PA or Executive Support role.
  • Excellent ability to assimilate complex and sometimes conflicting information to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Deadline-oriented and execution-focused, with a track record of achieving results.
  • Ability to navigate resistance and ambiguity while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation.
