Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Medication trained workers to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in domiciliary care and a strong background in administering medication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care and support to older adults in their homes.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
