About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals that meet dietary needs while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards. Attention to detail in food molding, portion control, and presentation is essential to provide residents with a pleasant dining experience.
Key Duties
- Plan, prepare, and cook meals following a set menu
- Ensure proper food molding and presentation to maintain consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Monitor and record food storage temperatures
- Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, and food safety regulations
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed
