Are you looking for a role where you can make a real and lasting impact? ASA Recruitment is hiring Care Assistants to work within a local authority care home in Methil, supporting vulnerable adults with high-quality care and compassion.

We\’re looking for reliable and empathetic individuals who can work confidently in a care environment and deliver essential support as part of a professional team.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting residents with personal care, meals, and mobility

Supporting emotional wellbeing and companionship

Promoting dignity, independence, and respectful care

Working alongside experienced staff in a supportive care home setting

Shifts Available:

Early Shift: 07:30 – 15:00

Late Shift: 14:30 – 22:00

Night Shift: 21:45 – 07:45
Work the shifts that suit your schedule – part-time and full-time hours available.

What We\’re Looking For:

A caring and dependable attitude

Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care

Previous care experience is preferred

Willingness to complete PVG checks and mandatory training

What We Offer:
