ASA Recruitment’s client, a Healthcare client with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, are currently recruiting for multiple Business Analysts on initial 3 month contracts (with potential extensions) on a rate of £344.83/day inside of IR35 (based on experience). This role will be mostly remote with the occasional day onsite. This role is with an NHS organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in an Agile environment, your primary activities include evaluating and prioritising change/product feature requests seeing these through to release.
  • Varying in complexity you’ll be developing business cases and supporting developers by providing clearly defined requirements, regularly reviewing progress, identifying opportunities to remove blockers and supporting testing.
  • Building training for updates and new features will help users in maximising the benefits of your work.
  • Collating, analysing and presenting complex multi-stranded business/clinical user requirements,
  • Formalize findings into requirements specification documents to be used as the main communication documents between user groups and software development teams.
  • Tracking and monitoring project tasks and resources throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assisting in the development of methods and procedures to facilitate the Business Analysis process.

Essential Experience:

  • Experienced Business Analyst who has worked in the Public Sector previously.
  • Experience analysing business problems, defining user and business needs.
  • Skills in identifying areas for improvement, exploring feasible options, and analysing the effects of change.
  • Experience working in agile, iterative delivery environments.
  • Skills in process modelling, requirements elicitation and producing clear analysis artefacts.
