Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalised 1:1 support tailored to individual needs Encourage communication, social interaction, and active engagement Participate in structured activities such as swimming, bowling, crafts, and discos Support sensory needs and manage behavioural challenges with positive approaches Promote routines, independence, and community inclusion Essential Requirements: Experience supporting people with autism and/or learning disabilities, Minimum 1 year Uk experience Understanding of PBS Positive Behaviour Support and autism.
