- Contribute to social media and educational content (support and guidance provided)
- Be part of sports and community events where relevant (optional but encouraged)
What You'll Get

- Flexible working pattern
- Clinic Resources including TM3 practice management software, 3D insole design and production software, state-of-the-art treadmill, VO2 max testing equipment (shortly being launched), and digital gait and pressure analysis tools (shortly being launched)
- Full-time reception and admin support
Training & Progression
CPD allowance and protected learning time, internal mentoring from an elite-level lead physio, and opportunities to develop your own niche service within the clinic. There is a long-term vision to grow the podiatry team or develop a sub-brand.
Culture & Environment
A friendly, ambitious, and collaborative team with cross-referrals from a high-trust client base. Involvement in events, partnerships, and marketing supported by our in-house growth team, with a clear role in shaping the future of sports medicine in the region.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for a podiatrist who wants to break out of rigid, generalist environments and build a career rooted in sport, performance, and innovation. You should be HCPC-registered, with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, confident in treating sports-related or MSK conditions (sports club or athletic experience is highly desirable), comfortable recommending orthotics and supporting clients through the full rehab journey, willing to engage with social media, patient education, and content, and ambitious, collaborative, and excited by the chance to grow a role, not just fill one.
