As a Support Worker, your role will be both varied and rewarding. Typical duties include:
- Delivering person-centred care in line with daily care plans
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Supporting with personal care and hygiene
- Assisting at mealtimes and encouraging healthy routines
- Promoting independence and wellbeing among residents
- Ensuring a clean and safe living environment
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliability and the ability to work independently
- A current PVG certificate or willingness to join the scheme
- Rate of £18.90 for any work completed after 37 hours
