Position Overview
Retail Fixture Installation Lead at Asa Carlton, Inc.
Location: Braselton, Georgia (traveling across the United States).
Compensation: up to $23.00+ per hour.
Req Number: FIX-25-00002.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and work with crews traveling to multiple retail locations throughout the United States.
- Ensure compliance with all safety program requirements.
- Implement client-approved schematics/Plan-O-Grams.
- Oversee fixture installation including pallet racking, gondola, etc.
- Decipher plans and prints.
- Install signage.
- Accurate and timely web‑based reporting: daily field reports, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Qualifications
- Ability to push, pull, and lift material up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving stooping, walking, bending, searching, and standing for periods of time.
- Experience managing crews during reset/remodel, meeting time expectations while maintaining work quality and safety.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members efficiently and professionally.
- Strong self‑management skills.
- Good judgment and respect for others.
- Proficient with hand tools, including power tools, and knowledge of their use.
- Ability to travel to any U.S. work location.
