Asa Carlton, Inc., a commercial construction company headquartered in Braselton, GA, is hiring a Project Lead for resets and remodels at The Home Depot. The role requires travel throughout the southeastern United States.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervising, managing and working with teams traveling to multiple Home Depot locations throughout the Southeast to complete 1-4 week merchandising projects.
- Compliance with all safety program requirements.
- Implement client‑approved schematics/Plan‑O‑Grams.
- Fixture installation (pallet racking, gondola, etc).
- Decipher plans/prints.
- Sign installation.
- Administration and reporting: web‑based accurate and timely reporting, daily field reports, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in this or related field.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift material up to 50 pounds; ability to stoop, walk, bend, search for items and stand for periods of time.
- Experience managing crews during reset/remodel, meeting time expectations while maintaining work quality and safety.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner.
- Strong self‑management skills.
- Good judgment and respect for others.
- Ownership and knowledge of hand tools, including power tools.
- Ability to travel to any U.S. work location.
