Overview
This is a pivotal role focused on designing, deploying and managing competitive, fair and compliant reward frameworks for Marionnaud, in line with Group Reward principles and local market requirements. The role acts as a key business partner to Marionnaud HR and Finance teams, ensuring reward practices support performance, engagement and retention, while remaining cost‑efficient and aligned with Group governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Reward strategy & frameworks: Contribute to the definition and deployment of reward strategies for Marionnaud, aligned with Group Reward guidelines. Ensure consistency, internal equity and market competitiveness across all Marionnaud countries. Support the maintenance and evolution of job architecture, grading and salary structures where required.
- Compensation management: Manage the annual salary review process for Marionnaud (guidelines, simulations, validation support). Ensure all markets are compliant with European pay equity legislation. Support the design, governance and evolution of bonus and incentive schemes, in close collaboration with HR, Finance and the business. Provide reward expertise on leadership and key roles where applicable.
- Benchmarking & analytics: Coordinate market benchmark studies and ensure accurate market positioning. Deliver clear reward analyses, dashboards and recommendations to support decision‑making. Monitor reward costs, trends and potential risks.
- Benefits management: Work with local and Group stakeholders and approved Company brokers on benefit contract renewals and any benefit redesign activities to minimise costs and risks and maximise value of available benefits spend.
- Governance & compliance: Ensure reward practices comply with local legislation, internal policies and Group standards. Support internal and external audits related to reward topics. Act as a reference point for complex reward cases and escalations.
- Stakeholder partnership: Work closely with Marionnaud Group HR and local HR teams, providing guidance and hands‑on support. Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and cost control. Liaise with Group Reward and Group HR to ensure alignment and consistency.

What You Will Need
- 5+ years’ experience in Reward / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international or multi‑country environment.
- Solid experience managing salary review processes, bonus and incentive schemes, and job grading frameworks.
- Exposure to European reward practices and governance including France is a strong advantage.
- Experience in retail, multi‑site or fast‑paced environments is a plus.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and present reward data with clarity.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills, especially with HR, Finance and senior leaders.
- A proactive, structured and solution‑driven approach.
