Here's the exciting bit...
A day includes:
- Managing merchandising teams and delivering on-site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
- Communicating and updating daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
- Reviewing project progress and making decisions to deliver best in class project delivery.
- Ensuring revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner.
- Reviewing on-site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
- Delivering the commercial plan as per the project plan.
Full training will be provided as part of this role.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
- You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
- Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
- You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organising skills.
- Your leadership experience will have equipped you to lead small in-store teams.
- Experience of being a good team player is essential.
- Driving License and willingness to travel.
