Location: Field-base role with nationwide travel expected (Bristol surrounding regions).

Holding a full UK-registered driving licence.

Hours: 40 Hours | Variable shifts working days and nights.

Salary: £13.50 per hour.

Here's the exciting bit...

A day includes:

  • Managing merchandising teams and delivering on-site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
  • Communicating and updating daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
  • Reviewing project progress and making decisions to deliver best in class project delivery.
  • Ensuring revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing on-site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
  • Delivering the commercial plan as per the project plan.

Full training will be provided as part of this role.

  • You are willing to work varying shift patterns across days and nights as planned in on a Rota basis.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
  • You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
  • Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
  • You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organising skills.
  • Your leadership experience will have equipped you to lead small in-store teams.
  • Experience of being a good team player is essential.
  • Driving License and willingness to travel.
