Location: Field-base role with nationwide travel expected. (Bristol surrounding regions)

Holding a full UK-registered driving licence

Hours: 40 Hours | Variable shifts working days and nights.

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Here's the exciting bit…

A day includes:

  • Managing the on-site execution, delivery and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects while reporting into the Implementation manager.
  • Communicating and updating daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
  • Reviewing project progress and making decisions to deliver best in class project delivery.
  • Ensuring revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Delivering the commercial plan as per the project plan.

  • You are willing to work varying shift patterns across days and nights as planned in on a Rota basis.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
  • Some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
  • Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
  • Understanding of the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
  • Leadership experience to lead small in-store teams.
  • Experience of being a good team player is essential.
  • Driving License and willingness to travel.
