A day includes:
- Managing the on-site execution, delivery and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects while reporting into the Implementation manager.
- Communicating and updating daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
- Reviewing project progress and making decisions to deliver best in class project delivery.
- Ensuring revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner.
- Delivering the commercial plan as per the project plan.

- You can easily use layout and project plans to facilitate delivery at a fast pace within a changing environment.

- You are willing to work varying shift patterns across days and nights as planned in on a Rota basis.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
- Some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
- Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
- Understanding of the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
- Leadership experience to lead small in-store teams.
- Experience of being a good team player is essential.
- Driving License and willingness to travel.
