Why This Role Matters

This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Offline & Online) strategy, to deliver sustainable online sales growth, improved profitability and enhanced customer value across our Business Units.

Acting as a senior commercial partner, you will combine commercial analysis, strategic thinking and stakeholder influence to identify opportunities that accelerate digital performance and unlock measurable business outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders across multiple markets to shape commercial priorities, turn insights into action and champion initiatives that drive growth, improve customer experiences and maximise the impact of digital investment.

  • Analyse online trading performance and commercial metrics to identify opportunities that drive revenue growth, improve profitability and enhance customer value.

  • Orchestrate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experiences, unlock growth opportunities and create lasting commercial value.

  • Proven experience in e Commerce, digital performance, commercial strategy or a similar customer-focused environment, with a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience analysing performance, understanding P&L drivers, forecasting trends and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with confidence using data and insight to solve complex business challenges and support strategic decision-making through tools such as GA4, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience evaluating business cases, investment opportunities and ROI, with the ability to balance customer value, commercial impact and long-term business objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility, challenge constructively and gain alignment across senior audiences and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading complex projects, initiatives or workstreams, bringing together diverse expertise to deliver outcomes through collaboration and influence.
