We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Market Insight Executive to join our Customer Team and play a key role in helping us understand how our business is performing and where we can grow. You’ll turn data into clear, practical insight that supports decisions across trading, pricing, promotions and category performance. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help bring commercial and market insight to life, enabling confident decisions that improve performance and enhance the customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely with Data and Analytics teams to shape commercial and market analysis, turning complex outputs into clear actions.
  • Interpret data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across categories, brands and channels.
  • Turn insight into practical recommendations that support commercial decision making and business performance.
  • Partner with Buying, Commercial, CRM and Customer teams to support product, pricing, promotional and customer decisions.
  • Present insight in a clear, engaging and accessible way for a range of audiences across the business.
  • Track the impact of decisions and identify opportunities to improve performance, using technology and AI-supported tools to enhance analysis and insight generation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience in an insight, analytics, commercial or business performance role.
  • Experience working with data and translating findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify meaningful trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insight in a way that influences decision making.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in market, category and business performance.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
