This is a pivotal role focused on identifying SEO opportunities across our European businesses, defining a data‑driven SEO strategy, and implementing impactful on‑site and off‑site optimisation initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, UX, design, content and eCommerce to improve organic visibility, drive performance and shape our search roadmap. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing insights and analysis on organic performance and search trends, using data analysis to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
- Performing keyword research to uncover new areas for visibility and expansion across key markets.
- Undertaking competitor analysis to build a clear view of the landscape and identify where we can strengthen our position.
- Reporting on weekly and monthly performance, communicating clearly on progress, opportunities and potential risks through performance reporting.
- Translating complex data sets into practical, actionable recommendations that support business decision making, using strong insight generation.
- Leading in-depth technical and content SEO audits, prioritising improvements that will have the greatest impact, drawing on technical SEO knowledge.
- Working closely with developers and technical teams to implement changes effectively and efficiently, building strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Building strong relationships with European business units to influence adoption and ensure alignment on SEO initiatives, using stakeholder management.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in technical SEO, with a solid understanding of on-page, technical and content optimisation, including JavaScript-based websites.
- Knowledge of organic shopping listings and platforms such as Google Business Profiles, enabling you to optimise visibility across multiple touchpoints using platform knowledge.
- Confidence in analysing performance data and turning it into clear, commercially relevant recommendations through analytical thinking.
