This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Online & Offline) strategy, to deliver expert digital marketing insight and guidance that helps our Business Units increase qualified traffic, customer engagement and commercial performance across digital channels.

Working closely with local market teams, agency partners and internal stakeholders, you will analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, challenge delivery partners and champion industry best practice.

Through your expertise, you will help drive continuous improvement, optimise marketing effectiveness and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences that shapes how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers' faces today and tomorrow.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with Business Units to improve digital marketing performance across the full marketing mix, with a particular focus on CRM channels including email, SMS and push notifications.
  • Support the integration of CRM activity with wider digital channels such as SEO, paid media, social and affiliates to help drive qualified website traffic.
  • Analyse campaign, channel and customer performance to identify opportunities that improve engagement, customer experience and return on marketing investment.
  • Guide Business Units on CRM strategy, customer audiences, segmentation and personalisation so campaigns are more relevant and effective.
  • Work with agencies and partners to challenge performance, troubleshoot issues and encourage stronger delivery across marketing activity.
  • Encourage marketing tests and experiments that help teams learn what works, improve engagement and support commercial growth.
  • Share industry trends, emerging best practice and opportunities in AI and automation to build digital marketing capability across the Group.
