This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Offline & Online) strategy, to deliver trusted, actionable customer and commercial insight that drives profitable online growth by improving sales, conversion, and decision-making across our Trading and Product & Customer Experience teams.

You will create visibility of performance, enable data-led decision-making, improve access to meaningful insights and champion the adoption of self-service analytics across the business.

By transforming complex data into clear recommendations, you'll create clarity, enable confident decisions, and drive sustainable growth that shapes how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify and quantify customer and commercial opportunities that drive profitable online growth, helping to improve sales, conversion and customer value across our channels.
  • Deliver trusted customer, trading and performance insights that enable faster, more confident decision-making across the business.
  • Partner closely with Trading and Product & Customer Experience teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, digital journeys and conversion performance to uncover opportunities that enhance the customer experience and remove friction points.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, trading initiatives, product enhancements and A/B tests, ensuring investment is focused on the activities that deliver the greatest impact.
  • Develop and evolve reporting, forecasting and advanced analytics solutions that improve understanding of performance drivers and future growth opportunities.
  • Champion data-led ways of working by improving access to insights, driving adoption of self-service analytics and leveraging AI-enabled tools to support smarter decision-making.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Experience in an e Commerce, retail or digital environment, with a strong understanding of the drivers behind sales, conversion and commercial performance.
  • Strong digital analytics capability, including customer behaviour analysis, segmentation, journey analysis, funnel analysis and performance reporting.
  • Advanced experience with analytical and visualisation tools such as GA4, SQL, Power BI, Looker and Excel.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end analysis, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation and performance measurement, including assessing impact, return on investment and optimisation opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with exposure to decisions such as pricing, promotions, stock or investment prioritisation linked to measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, build alignment and tell compelling stories through data.

  • Turn customer, commercial and digital insights into tangible actions, ensuring recommendations translate into measurable improvements in business performance.
  • Proactively uncover new growth opportunities and emerging risks, developing data-led hypotheses and recommendations that drive continuous optimisation across the customer journey.
  • Influence key business decisions by combining compelling storytelling with evidence-based insight, building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and helping teams move from insight to action.
  • Drive a deeper understanding of the factors that influence customer behaviour and business performance, helping the organisation focus investment on the initiatives that generate the strongest returns.
  • Simplify complexity and create clarity from multiple data sources, enabling teams to execute faster, prioritise effectively and make smarter decisions that support sustainable growth.
