As Digital Analytics Team Leader, you will lead business intelligence and reporting capabilities, ensuring analytics drives measurable business outcomes, identifies growth opportunities and enables faster, higher-quality decision making across the organisation.
You’ll drive the adoption of analytics, delivering scalable reporting solutions and customer insights in a role that directly influences performance and innovation, that shapes how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive profitable growth through business intelligence, ensuring insights into customer behaviour, performance and market opportunities translate into actions that improve acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value
- Ensure analytics and reporting solutions deliver clear, actionable insights that support faster, higher-quality decision making throughout the Group and Business Units.
- Create and maintain a trusted view of business performance, owning the accuracy, consistency and governance of reporting and analytics
- Increase the impact of data-driven decision making by embedding self-service analytics and championing widespread adoption throughout the organisation.
- Identify and influence strategic growth opportunities using customer, market and competitor intelligence to shape priorities and inform business direction
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics capabilities, leveraging automation, AI and innovation to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Lead, develop and inspire high-performing analytics teams, ensuring focus on delivering high-value outcomes.
- What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in digital analytics, customer insight or business intelligence within e Commerce or retail, with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of customer behaviour and journey
- Proven experience in direct line management while improving reporting, analytics or insight capabilities.
- Strong technical expertise in Google Analytics 4 and data visualization, with good experience in SQL, data modelling and wider digital analytics tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive action
- Experience identifying opportunities and proactively prioritising initiatives to deliver maximum value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bring insight to life
- Confident ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Natural collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
