We’re looking for a detail-focused Digital Product Executive to join our Online team and play a key role in delivering seamless and engaging experiences across The Perfume Shop website and app.

You’ll work closely with the UX & Digital Product Lead, Senior Digital Product Executive and wider business teams to support digital initiatives, coordinate delivery activities, monitor performance and customer feedback, and help drive continuous improvements that enhance the customer journey and support business goals.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the delivery of The Perfume Shop’s Digital Product Roadmap, helping to keep projects organised and on track.
  • Coordinate website and app updates, supporting the smooth delivery of multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer and Technology teams to support day-to-day delivery activities and collaboration.
  • Carry out testing, quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities, ensuring enhancements are functioning as expected before release.
  • Monitor customer feedback, website performance and operational metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the team in exploring new technologies, AI and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience working within an ecommerce, digital, online trading or customer-focused environment.
  • Experience supporting projects, continuous improvement activities or business initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • An understanding of ecommerce, digital customer journeys and how customers interact with websites and apps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insight to support recommendations and improvements.
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to build relationships across different teams and a desire to develop a career in digital product management.
