The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the on-site execution, delivery, and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects. Reporting into an Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.
Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:
- Managing merchandising teams and delivering on-site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
- Daily communication to store/Implementation Manager/Project Support manager and key head office departments.
- Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
- Ensure revenue cost reporting to the implementation manager is delivered in a timely manner.
- Review on-site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
- Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.

What you’ll need:
- You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
- Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
- You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organising skills.
- Experience of being a good team player is essential.
- Driving License and willingness to travel.
