We’re looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to join our Customer Team and play a key role in creating targeted customer communications that drive engagement, loyalty and long-term customer value. You’ll design and deliver CRM campaigns and lifecycle activity that support customer engagement, repeat purchase and business performance. Working within the Customer Strategy Team, you’ll use customer insight, segmentation and campaign performance data to build relevant and effective customer journeys that help us better connect with our customers.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define campaign targeting and segmentation based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage and commercial priorities.
- Build and manage audience selections within CRM tools, ensuring accurate targeting and effective customer journey design.
- Design CRM campaign workflows, including triggers, logic, exclusions and lifecycle journeys.
- Work closely with CRM, Brand and Digital teams to translate campaign plans into engaging customer communications.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
- Support test-and-learn activity, continuously refining targeting, segmentation and campaign design to improve results.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in a CRM, campaign or lifecycle marketing role.
- Experience building customer segmentation, audience targeting and campaign workflows within CRM platforms.
- A strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and lifecycle marketing.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use customer data and insight to drive recommendations and performance improvements.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- A collaborative approach, with experience working across Digital, Brand and Marketing teams to deliver successful customer campaigns.
